Account Deletion

Moodly lets users delete their account from inside the app. This page explains the deletion path, what happens to data, and how to contact support if you cannot access the app.

Deletion is permanent and may remove private data, chat access, and profile history.

Delete your account inside the app

  1. Open Moodly and sign in.
  2. Go to Home.
  3. Open the settings or profile actions sheet.
  4. Choose Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion request and complete any required re-authentication.

If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in or no longer have access to your device, email moodlysupport@gmail.com from the address linked to your Moodly account and request account deletion support.

What deletion removes

  • Your Moodly profile and sign-in access for that account
  • Your nickname, avatar selection, and reminder preferences
  • Your private check-ins, notes, and results history
  • Your chat access and related private conversation data handled by the app

Some limited internal records may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, fraud investigation, moderation enforcement, or legal obligations.
